Make a 'diet' cake

Have you ever heard of cake made with diet soda?

Well, I haven't, until Lisa Lillien who appeard on abc's the view explained the following:

Get a box of  ready cake mix and instead of using the usual eggs and oil replace them with a can of  diet soda!

For example a chocolate cake mix with diet coke, or a white cake mix with a can of diet cherry soda.

They say it's 170 calories instead of 250 per slice.

 I am not sure if this is really healthy but it sure cuts down the calories.

Lisa Lillien will soon have her own show "Hungry Girl" on the cooking channel.
