Yumm side dishes,

Everyone knows how to make fatoosh!

1kg Potatoes. 3 garlic cloves. 500ml double cream. Salt and Pepper.
Preheat oven 160* C, slice potatoes thinly, and grate the garlic and place onto potatoes.
Season with salt and pepper. Then pour the cream onto the potatoes. Mix well and then place in the gratin dish.
Bake for 45 to 50 min, could cook for a bit longer!
