Chocolate glazed Florentines

Florentines. I made those ;D

I came across this recipe from David Lebovitz site.  Its not your ultimate florentine, but for someone who's never tried to make them they turned out quite good.

Here is the recipe:

1 large egg white, at room temperature
1/3 cup (50g) powdered sugar
1 3/4 cup (130g) blanched sliced almonds
a good pinch of flaky sea salt
grated zest of half an orange ( i would add more)
((I added some diced figs))

Allow oven to heat for a few minutes.  Adjust temperature to 150C. place the almond sliced mixture in tablespoon sizes on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
Once out of the oven allow the florentine to cool.
(( I had no dark chocolate so i used some melted semi sweet chocolate chips for glaze))
