Breakfast this morning PANCAKES :)
Ingredients for dummies:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 or 2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup low-fat buttermilk/or just milk
1 large egg
1 table spoon of sunflower oil for frying
blueberries, bananas, maple syrup on the side.. oh cream cheese why not!
